Bugatti has decided to carry out the new Veyron 16.4 Super Sport well before the official debut at the Pebble Beach Concours weekend in mid-August. And not only do they reveal official details, but the supercar has entered the Guinness Book of Records with an average speed of 431 km/h (267 mph).
